I am going to post a PSA: we know it is hot.. here are a few pieces of advice and information that might help. Check your filter and make sure it is clean. Wash your condenser coils, we recommend that you wash them at an angle not directly into the coil. Make sure your unit has clean area meaning no shuns or tall grass is restricting air flow. The final thing: Most homes are designed to only get to 25 degrees from the outside temperature. So when it is 102-105 with a heat index of 110 degrees… be very happy if your house is at 75. Don’t crank your a/c to 68-70 wanting to get your house cooler. That will cause your system to continually run and just make your electric bill go up. We hope this information is helpful.
