Service calls to come out are $100.00 for AC and Heating, and between $80.07 and $81.20 for washer/dryer depending on tax in your area. Price for total repair will be quoted once diagnosis is determined. I repair, maintenance, and replace air conditioning and heating systems as needed, and also repair washing machines and dryers.

This week marks the 10th anniversary of Melvin’s Mechanical and back in March I celebrated 20 years in the hvac field. Every year on the anniversary I take the time to thank everyone who has supported my business. I’m definitely not as resilient in the heat as I was 10 years ago and these days I may not get back to folks as soon as I’d like to but I do still try my best every day to serve as many customers as I can. I can never ever thank all of the folks enough who have supported my business through the years. I really do try to treat others as I’d like to be treated. From the bottom of my heart: Thank You! It’s been a heck of a year for the HVAC business with the heat and all. I’m always thankful when fall gets close because I was somehow able to survive another year of the extreme elements involved in this business. I just realized yesterday that Melvin’s Mechanical had celebrated it’s 8th anniversary more than a month ago. I try very hard to be the best that I can be for my customers but I know there’s always some that I forget that I told I was going to do something for. If this happened to you please know that it wasn’t done on purpose. Between running the business and doing most of the work in the heat it is very taxing and I’m not getting younger by the year. That being said I am only successful because of my customers and as always know that I appreciate each and every one of you. I truly am blessed to have the support and recommendations from so many people. Thanks so much for another year of having the opportunity to be of assistance to you and your families and friends for your HVAC needs.

With the closing of August comes another birthday for Melvin’s Mechanical. The business was born in the middle of August 7 years ago and continues to thrive because of all of my great customers who continue to support small business. That has meant more than ever in the past couple of years. My voicemail apparently has not been working correctly for about a week now. Hopefully the problem has been fixed but I’m afraid I probably missed quite a few messages. I apologize as I always make it a point to return everyone’s call even though it might not be right away. I can assure everyone that I take my business very personally and calls that went unreturned will bother me not knowing who they were. I wish I could control everything and keep things like this from happening but I can not.
