We NEED hard working, dependable and long-term employees for the following duties:

* Concrete demo, chipping and grinding
* Building forms, pouring concrete & finishing slabs
* Painting, waterproofing, deck coating, and urethane coatings
* Removing existing sliding glass doors / windows and installation of new sliding glass doors / windows (carpentry experience a plus)

Our work is primarily on beachside high-rise and mid-rise condominiums so you must be comfortable with heights and the Florida weather conditions!

* Must be able to work 40 hrs./week - FT

* Must have reliable transportation to get to and from project sites

To improve safety for drivers and pedestrians, have concrete bumpers installed at the heads of parking spaces. By leaving an appropriate space between bumpers, you create pedestrian lanes while at the same time preventing cars from pulling too far forward.
