Qualifications:
Must be able to lead and manage employees to accomplish job/crew requirements.
Must be able to comprehend and perform the responsibilities of the position.
Must be able to make competent decisions and effectively communicate instructions to crew.
Must be able to work quickly and accurately when there is time, pressure, or emotional strain.
Must be able to remain calm and level-headed in difficult, unexpected, or emergency situations.
Must be able to handle unexpected changes on the job.
Must have at least one to two years experience in the utility construction industry as an operator/foreman.
Must have an insurance acceptable, valid driver’s license
Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL.
Must have training in utility safety standards.
