Great project. Old house that didn’t have central heating and cooling got a complete York system. Ductwork with 90% hard duct and 10% flex. 10 year Parts warranty and 2 year Labor warranty.

Difficult project. Older vertical Package unit without refrigerant caused by a huge leak. Had to be removed in pieces. Installed a York split heat pump. New refrigerant lines, built a return platform sealed and insulated.

York 5 Ton Dual Fuel is a great option for an energy efficient system. 10 year parts with 2 year Labor.

Mobile home relocated and is being remodeled. Installed new Rheem High static package heat pump. Built flahsing onsite so it could be ready for skirt to be installed by homeowner.

Replaced an old Goodman unit with a 5Ton York split Heat pump.
All our units come with 10 year parts warranty and atleast 1 year labor warranty.

Haven’t posted much lately but he have been very busy taking care of our commercial projects. Great controls project that we recently finished.

Complete new Duct System with all R8 insulation and 90% hard metal duct and 10% R8 flex. Old duct system was not sealed properly, had R4 and R6 flex and insulation that was poorly installed. Unit was running continuously and not getting to setpoint.

Replaced an old package Unit with a compressor shorted to ground and terrible flashing for a New York package Unit with fittings and flashing custom built on site. Great results.

York 15.2 SEER system with 10 year parts and Labor warranty. Complete new duct system, and a smart Wifi Thermostat. House also got new blow in attic insulation (done by owner) to make it even more energy efficient.
