This Labor Day, we recognize the people across Sky Climber who help turn complex access challenges into safe, buildable solutions.

That starts with engineers working through roof geometry, load paths, rigging requirements, and nonstandard conditions. But it also takes the people who manufacture the equipment, manage drawings and submittals, support customers, coordinate projects, prepare equipment, and help crews put the solution to work in the field.

Every part matters.

One day after in Nashville, we’re still reflecting on the value of time spent with customers, partners, and industry colleagues. For the 11th year, Sky Climber proudly served as the main sponsor for Over the Edge. Hosted by Gracehaven, Over the Edge is an annual fundraising event dedicated to fighting child s*x and labor trafficking by raising awareness and support for victims of exploitation.

Participants raise a minimum of $1,250 for the opportunity to rappel in downtown Columbus, helping generate both funding and visibility for this critical cause. Gracehaven directly serves approximately 120 youth and reaches more than 4,000 minors and adults each year through prevention education, awareness initiatives, and intervention training. Their mission is to help young people move from survivor to thriver.

This year, Sky Climber sponsored eight rappelers, including employees from both Sky Climber and Sky Climber Renewables. Over the past decade, we have supported more than 100 rappelers and remain proud to stand as a committed sponsor, advocate, and partner in this important effort.

At Sky Climber, supporting the next generation of engineers isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are.

This season, we’re proud to support Ozone Robotics, Team 4611, a group of students from Olentangy Schools in Delaware County, Ohio, who designed and built a new robot cart for competition.

Alongside community partners, we contributed materials, anodizing, and laser cutting to help turn their concept into a competition-ready build.

What stands out most is the hands-on involvement of younger team members in the fabrication process. They didn’t just design it. They helped build it. That early exposure to real-world manufacturing builds confidence and strengthens skills that last well beyond one competition.

Ozone Robotics will compete at the Buckeye Regional and Miami Valley Regional this season. We’re looking forward to seeing their work in action.

As the year winds down, our team spent time together yesterday at our Delaware, Ohio factory for a holiday luncheon and a chance to say thank you in person.

Our Leadership was on the floor connecting with local team members, recognizing the effort, dedication, and consistency that go into our work every day.

We are grateful for this team and the role each person plays as we close out the year and head into the holidays.

The Aix-Marseille University Library is a striking part of Marseille’s Saint-Charles district.

Sky Climber designed a custom access system to keep its glass facades clean and safe:
