My nicer half, Teresa Boudreaux, was a huge help this year at Old Farmer's Day and the Tangipahoa Parish Fair. Don't tell her I said that.

Old Farmer's Day is over. The crew over there did a phenomenal job. Don't tell them I said that. I am going back into hiding.

Forge is lit!
Come see us beat on some metal!
We will be here all day Old Farmer's Day!

I will be there at the forge. I haven't set my beard on fire. Yet. It could happen tomorrow. Guess you will just have to be there to find out. Or don't. I'm hating life and angry as ever either way. They did drop the price of admission. That means its cheaper to enjoy the shenanigans.

Did you miss out today? Did you want to see something as cool as a team of horses loading a trailer of logs?

Well, you’ll be able to see it tomorrow if you choose!

Come on out for the Sunday edition of Old Farmers Day as we close out this beautiful weekend with a second round of “the old way”.

And don’t forget the horse and mule pull starts at 1PM!

My nicer half beating on some steel. I'm safe for now. Come see one of the rarest sights, a female blacksmith. She is working the forge at Old Farmer's Day. There are very few. She is actually pretty good at it. Don't tell Teresa Boudreaux I said that.

One thing about forging you get to take your anger out on it and you don’t go to jail !

Come see us at the Old Farmer's Day

A friend just suggested "Angry Vet land clearing, water, and power removal". I kinda like it. 🤣🤣🤣
