Had a consultation tonight, (always free), we all expected a kitchen faucet replacement appointment. Decent faucet + install is a few bucks for sure, I was able to quickly repair that and install a thermostat for at least $200 less than anticipated.

Because I'm frakking honest.

A lot of people would have just went with talking the client into a new one.

This is what I do.

Plumbing, painting, electrical, couch fixing, sh@t, I even shoveled a walk and picked up dog poo because I was there.
