This was a recent project we completed. It was a whole house renovation. 3 baths and a kitchen. The client wanted an open concept so we had to install a hidden beam at the ceiling and widen doorways and create a new opening from the dining area to the living room. I have include a few before & after pics.

Painted cabinets, new handle & k**b hardware, Carrara style quartz, new faucet and appliances. New flooring, bath renovations etc.

A recent kitchen remodel we have nearly completed. Demoed to studs. Installed sound dampening in the walls with 5/8" firewall. Added some great lighting all on dimmers. Under cabinet, in cabinet, additional can lighting and three beautiful pendants over the large kitchen island. Installed all new Thermador appliances. Turned out beautiful. Waiting for range hood to install and finish.

This amazing house had a very unique Pirate/Gothic theme throughout. Although it was beautiful it was not what the new owners wanted.
They wanted an open concept so we had to get a structural engineer involved where he drew up plans to remove the main stick framed 20ft center wall and install a PSL 4" x 18" x 20ft long main beam and two 4x12 cross beams at the kitchen & dining room.

The plans also called for two 3ft x 3ft x 16" Deep footings with re-bar to support the new open span.

We removed multiple walls and and had to construct an A frame temporary support walls. We used 2x6x12' framing, secured both temp walls with 4" x 1/2" wedge anchors to the concrete slab. We also added 1/2" all thread and bolts to two top plates to squeeze the A frame tight to the ceiling. The inspector and structural engineer was pleased with all our work.

Not an easy project but very satisfied with the 1st phase of this project.

The client is doing all the painting, flooring.

A project from a few years back in Iowa. We built this 2 story deck with a 3 seasons sun room that turned out beautiful.

From start to finish. Client removed and demoed out the old garden tub and ceramic tile. LCS took over from there.
