Customer called asked for plaster to drywall repair, after the plumber removed the cast iron pipe.

Customer mentioned that her closet wire rack had fallen. She had someone rehang it
It fell again. That person returned and for some reason used 1x4's to rehang the wire racks.
Which fell again.

They called us. We removed the 1x4's, patched holes, Orange peel texture, Prime and paint.

I suggested an upgrade from the basic wire rack system. Which gave the customer More storage and shelving.
And a much stronger install.

Customer asked us to mount 5 TV's in their Condo, This one is 86 inch and 65 lbs. Customer really wanted this one on this wall. Which is the fire rated block wall between units.

After new a/c unit installed. Customer asked for a wall cover. I suggested using paneling for simpler access incase of future repairs.

Customer called and mentioned that the wire closet rack fell.
She hired sub contractor to fix it. Then it fell again.
She had the same person come back. For some reason they thought adding 1x4's was going to help. But they missed the studs and failed to attach both the 1x4's and the wire rack.
This it fell a 3rd time.

I recommend to remove everything, old wire racks and 1x4's.
Drywall patch repairs, orange peel texture, prime and paint. And a better stronger closet rack system connected to the studs.

She was very pleased and excited that she now had a much more functional shelving and rack system with extra shelving❗️

Backed up a little too much.
End result, like nothing happened.
