What is a pump track?

It's a looping bike course made up of rollers, turns, and features designed so riders can build momentum by “pumping” their body weight instead of pedaling the whole time.

At Firefly, our pump track is built for riders of all levels, from kids learning the basics to more experienced riders looking to find speed, balance, and airtime. It's accessible, approachable, and a seriously fun way to get outside together.

We also host occasional clinics for the pump track and skatepark to help riders learn the basics, progress safely, and have fun at their own pace.
