This was a monster of a job! A complete front yard patio, steps, walkways and retaining walls renovation project! We also took care of re-routing the gutter downspouts drainage pipe and added some low voltage lighting! This is part 2 of a job that we started in the back yard in 2023! Excessive rain water 💦 dumping at the house foundation from the downspout overflows eventually caused these concrete sidewalks to shift over time. The erosion of soil underneath caused them to crack,sink and lift in some areas. We demoed the old concrete, installed new drainage pipe and proper clean-outs, and installed new not only for curb appeal - but for proper functioning water drainage. We take care of these issues all in one shot - while also updating your old sidewalks and patios! Call or message for a free estimate!

Another 400 square foot patio addition added to this existing swimming pool! Notice how most pools only have 3 to 4 feet of concrete around the perimeter and the sun bathing chairs never 👎 fit.... add a paver patio addition so you can enjoy a wider space for chairs 🪑- tables - or b**r 🍻 pong! On this job we also power washed the existing patio and added new polymer sand so everything blends!
