Join us starting Mother’s Day for regular weekly classes on Sundays featuring yoga , meditation 🧘‍♀️,pranayama 🌬️and binaural beats 🔊

9am-10am Yindalini Yoga w/ Leah. Yindalini Yoga is a fusion of yin, kundalini, meditation and mantra 🕉️ that helps relax the body while calming the mind.

10:15am-11:15am Binaural Sound Meditation w/ Leah and Steven. This session is designed to bring additional coherence to the heart and mind. This allows the nervous system to relax and reset reducing stress, anxiety and pain significantly improving mental health. 😊☀️

This session is designed to create entrainment with body and mind through rhythm. Playing rhythmically increases heart rate variability and heart/brain coherence, the foundation of Dr Joe Dispenza’s work.

Dress comfortably for the session. Most people typically choose to lay down during the session.
