Client had system installed and nobody flared out the suction line.
Found this leak and fixed the flare joint
Pressure tested pulled a vacuum and charged this system up!
Client now has heat and no leaks in the system

Completed a Oil Furnace Maintenance this morning.
Client ran out of oil and when he had it refilled all the sediment and rust clogged up the oil nozzle.
Resulting in no heat
Replaced oil nozzle and oil filter.
Cleaned nozzle assembly and oil canister.
Set air settings and oil pressure
This oil furnace is now running flawlessly!

Found this 7 year old Bosch Heat Pump with a grounded compressor and failed inverter board.
Company that installed this unit did not install a surge protector on this unit.
These parts will need to be changed.

New client from today. Client stated auxiliary heat will not cut off and system was not maintaining temperature.
Found a failed contactor resulting in the outdoor unit not running.
Replaced the contactor and the system is now heating properly!

Client stated he could not get furnace to fire
Found that his propane tank was low and there was not enough gas pressure to fire the furnace
Gas company arrived while I was there so I was able to get client Heat today.
Furnace is now running and heating

New client in Hendersonville from today.
Client was concerned with his system not heating properly.
Client just bought this home.
System wasn’t cooling properly in the summer
Found almost every vent closed and all the air filters completely clogged.
Client was educated on the Heat pump operation and now understands what he has.
After opening all the vents and removing air filters system immediately started heating better
This was a Daikin Ducted Mini Split and another split system in the master bedroom.
Glad I was able to address the issue the client had.

Client called in and said she was smelling gas.
Had to break out the gas detector and check for a gas leak.
Found no gas leak at the furnace
Happy I was able to give my client peace of mind knowing there is no gas leaks at the furnace
This furnace is running and heating great
