Another successful repair completed! 🔥

This Bilco cellar door was suffering from worn-out hinges and damaged mounting points, causing alignment issues and preventing proper operation. I removed all of the old hardware, fabricated and welded in four new hinge mounts, installed new hinges, and fully realigned the doors to ensure smooth operation and a proper seal.

Back on the job and ready for work. 💪

This dump trailer had significant rust and deterioration on the main crossmember. To restore strength and extend the life of the trailer, we fabricated and welded in reinforcement plates and angle iron to strengthen the weakened areas and provide additional structural support.

A solid repair can add years of service life and help prevent more costly issues down the road.
