Water Source is seeking to hire a full time service technician. Basic tasks would include service and installation of residential geothermal heat pumps, furnaces, AC units, boilers and ground loops. We are looking an individual that is highly motivated, hard working, mechanically minded, and has a desire to expand their knowledge. We would prefer experience in the HVAC industry and with refrigeration, but may be willing to train the right applicant. Well, it's definitely into the busy season for new installations of geothermal systems! Last week we set a new record for us, (3) 5 ton horizontal loop systems installed in one day - and we we done by 1:30 pm! With those 3 loops installed in one day, pushed us to 6 loop installs in one week!
