Our design, engineering, reprographics and permitting division is fully functioning which shortens the amount of time from concept to permit. We have a complete team of field professionals who will knock down the first walls all the way to rubbing the shine into your new finishes. For portions of the project you might choose to design or complete yourself, we will offer our guidance and professional opinion when appropriate. By guaranteeing our work and being available and following up after the completion of a project, we establish a comfortable and lasting relationship with all of the people we do work for. A very nice bathroom remodel that we completed in the Tierrasanta area, this one featured a travertine tub/shower with custom niche and matching wainscoting around the entire perimeter of the bathroom. Cherry cabinets and black granite for the vanity top created a very nice look for this bathroom.

A very nice full bathroom remodel we completed a while ago in the the Point Loma area. The original bathroom layout was partitioned into all separate spaces for the vanities, toilet, and tub shower room. The bathroom was completely opened up with new wall hung vanity, vessel tub, dual flush Toto toilet, and custom tile shower. A tile perimeter was also installed around the entire bathroom, creating a very unique and beautiful accent to the shower and floors.

An interesting project we did a while ago and didn’t get a chance to post pictures. This was a tenant improvement project that involved converting the existing space into a recruitment center. It included a new lobby, private offices, a storage room, and the remodel of the existing bathroom. Even though the majority of our work is in residential remodels, we also can work in tenant improvement, building out suites to fit the client’s needs.

An interesting project we worked on a while ago and never got the chance to post some pictures. The was a tenant improvement in the Santee area, converting and existing space into a recruitment center. It included a new lobby, private offices, and a remodel of the existing bathroom. While the majority of our projects are residential remodels, we also work on commercial tenant improvement spaces.

A project in the Point Loma area where we installed a veneer stone wainscot to the exterior of the residence and carried that same stone into the recessed entry. Front entry doors were changed to a custom double door set. The stone application was also done in the interior of the entry to continue the look into the residence. A beautiful change to the exterior look of the residence that added both style and character.

A project we completed a while ago but missed posting any pictures. The was a very nice room addition in the Chula Vista area that created a new living room, bathroom, and bedroom for the owners. The design worked really well with the the existing architecture of the home, blending in with its existing style.
