New 24 seer Samsung mini split installed!!!! These are by far the best in our opinion. They also come with a 12 year warranty when Stinson & Sons installed them!!! Parts are easily available. These units come with 5 year parts and compressor warranty for commercial application.... best in the business, all the other brands come with 1 year parts and 5 year compressor... we ALWAYS register the unit as soon as we install so you get every bit of your warranty!!! Ran all new electrical wires in hard pipe conduit buried underground so its not an eyesore. These units are great, 12 year warranty when Stinson & Sons installed it!!!
