Before and After photos of a small front porch from this week!

The homeowner wanted something simple, so we kept the design clean. Added new posts, railing, and balusters. We finished it off with some simple box trim on the posts to give it that extra touch.

There’s nothing easy about seeing a tree come through someone’s home. This one caused major damage to the roof, framing, siding, and corner of the garage.

We got to work removing the damaged materials, rebuilding the structure, and putting everything back together the right way. New framing, roof, siding, fascia and soffit —the goal was to make it look like it never happened.

Grateful for another happy homeowner and the opportunity to help them get their garage back.

If you’re confident talking with homeowners and enjoy a performance-based opportunity, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do:
• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and networking
• Meet with homeowners and provide estimates
• Sell roofing, siding, gutters, fencing, and exterior remodeling projects
• Represent McKibbin Construction with professionalism

💰 Compensation
• Commission-based pay
• No income cap—the more you sell, the more you earn.

⚒️ We’ve been quiet on here for a little while… but we’ve been busy getting projects DONE.

Before ➡️ After on this full roof + siding transformation. Cleaned this place up with a fresh new look and gave it years of protection moving forward.

Last week we finished up framing walls out in this basement. Before throwing up each wall, we installed a V***r Barrier per homeowners request. The basement layout consisted of 2 Bedrooms, 2 Closets, an Entertainment Room, a Living Room and a Bathroom. The homeowners were ecstatic with the outcome.
