More than an awards ceremony, this event offers a welcoming space for networking, collaboration, and inspiration. Attendees will connect with industry leaders, community advocates, and peers who share a commitment to progress and inclusion.

Celebrating Minority Business Excellence will be held at the Matterhorn Conference Center on Thursday, September 10. Networking begins at 5:30 pm and dinner will be served at 6 pm. The program begins at 6:45 pm.

Apparently, being a rockstar once wasn't enough because Brad is back as our Employee of the Month! Brad continues to step up as a leader on second shift, taking ownership and keeping things moving even when the unexpected gets thrown his way. Whether he's juggling trucks and walk-in customers, working through staffing challenges, or coming in on weekends to make sure orders get out on time, Brad consistently shows up when his team needs him.

One nomination highlighted how Brad handled a particularly busy day: “He did everything calmly and without hesitation.” Another put it simply: “Brad has really stepped it up as a leader for 2nd shift.” We're grateful for Brad's hard work, dependability, and continued growth as a leader. Congratulations, Brad!
