Unfortunately, advertising and Facebook have fallen low on our priorities list lately, but on a more serious and important note, I thought I'd just leave this here. Happy late April Fool's day! 🎉😅🫠

What a job! Stay tuned for our YouTube video uploads, which capture the real essence of this foundation repair/replacement.
The previous foundation consisted of 4-8" thick x 6'8" wide of bagged concrete, placed on top of loose backfill which was spilling into the crawl space. Thanks to our awesome customers Becky & Patty for the work, and glad to know they finally have a suitable foundation under their home.

Small flatwork job for a close friend. Lots of wheel-barrowing, but we took it slow & steady. Thanks for the work Eric!

Found this one hiding in the gallery from the beginning of the year. Collaboration with my best pal Chance with Richardson Restoration & Concrete. Thanks for the work, Troy Morris. Crumby weather for this one, but at least we can get foundations done no problem in the wet. Flatwork on the other hand? Not so much!

This time I was the helper on an easy little shop slab. Not every day that we decide to groove an interior slab! When incliment weather is coming in the forecast, it can be preferable to avoid saw-cuts since it's never fun trying to saw-cut straight lines in pouring down rain!

The last foundy we were able to sneak in before all the early winter weather came. Whew - what a quick turnaround all in a week, while being split on another retaining wall job site simultaneously. Thanks to all the great guys that are making this happen. And we appreciate the work - thanks CWPR and Paul Jones with Crazy J's Construction.

A rather large monolithic slab pour with 30" thickened edges. Rather crumby weather for the pour with lightning and thunder storms all around the site at the beginning - risky for our pump truck boom/arm reaching into the sky! Thanks to K-Valley Concrete Pumping for toughing it out and to homeowner Mark Perrin for getting the prep done. Plus we rented a baby rider trowel for some extra ease - CUTE & fun! Go Caleb ;)

A small and simple foundation, made too easy with GRABBBARR footing spreaders & SNAPPBARR hookbar holders, not to mention ICF! Love insulated concrete forms. So light weight and easy to lay - saves time and precious back muscles instead of using traditional panels. These are expense, but it pays off with the insulation factor requirements for the home design. We will be using these whenever possible!

A fun little footing build last summer, helping a good buddy Eric Lambour (and an awesome custom home builder on the west side!).

We tried out Accufooting form spreaders and rebar holders. Man did I have a lot to say about it in this video! And I didn't even get around to the hookbar holders, which completely don't function whatsoever without loading on miles of tie wire.

Please excuse my frustration! I'm used to using our own product which is by far superior in the marketplace. Take a look at www.grabbbarr.com and www.snappbarr.com

Think twice before purchasing Accufooting, and don't hesitate to order these grabbbarr & snappbarr brackets instead, which are mind-boggling time-savers and difficulty-savers.

Talk about a tight workspace... It was less of a challenge stripping forms inside that small planter box than it seemed!

Quite an interesting but fun job up in the hills. The view was spectacular but pictures simply don't do it justice! These retaining walls will become decorative planter boxes to break up the sharp distance from exterior raised/covered porches to finished grade. Thanks for the work Central Washington Property Restorations!
