Previous Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are a must. As well as reliable transportation to jobsite in and around the greater Ellsworth area.
Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.
Communication Skills: Good Communication skills to interact with owner, crews, and clients.
Team player: Ability to work well within crews and take direction from supervisors.
Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with basic roofing tools and equipment
Safety Awareness: Strong understanding for safety protocols and the ability to follow them strictly.
Pay
Pay is based on experience
$20-25 and hour
Paid time off

Here are a couple of before-and-after shots from one of our recent projects. We installed all new siding to freshen up the building and give it a clean, updated look. Projects like this really show how much the right exterior upgrade can change a property's overall feel while providing long-lasting protection from Maine's elements. This one came together nicely and really gave the building a whole new look. Always satisfying seeing the difference in everything when it's finished!

Check out one of our latest cedar projects just wrapped up in Phippsburg, Maine.

This one was a standout—packed with unique details and a roofline that kept things interesting from start to finish. We love a challenge, and this roof definitely delivered.

There’s nothing like a coastal Maine project — ocean breeze, fresh shingles, and another solid roof in the books.

We had the chance to bring this home’s exterior together from top to bottom — roofing and siding that complement the setting perfectly. Every line, every edge, every shingle placed with care to match the view it overlooks.

We take pride in delivering quality exterior work that brings out the best in every home.
