Good Morning!! Just a little note on who we are and how things work around here :)
I'm Denise, I answer the phones, schedule appointments, answer emails, order materials, do all the invoicing, bill paying, and overall all of the office management stuff. I am here from 8 am to 4:30 Monday to Friday. If I am on the phone, which I am on most of the day, the line should ring a few times and roll over to an answering service, they are located out of state. We used to have a local service but not anymore. So, if you call and I do not answer it could mean several things, 1. I am on the other line, 2. I am with a customer in the office 3. Maybe am eating my lunch 4. I had to run to the bank, pick up payroll or some other errand 5. Somedays I have to do deposits and its hard to juggle back and forth from phone to the books so I let the service take the calls for an hour or so 6. Maybe I am home sick? Which calling in is a rare occurrence for any of us here. So you see there are many reasons I may not be able to answer your call, but I assure you I get every single call by fax, and emergencies by text and fax. The service should take your information only, they cannot answer questions on when, who, how etc..
I promise to return your call as quickly as I am able, some days non emergency maintenance appointments with 24 hours or much quicker, emergency calls as soon as I can usually with in the hour, as soon as I communicate with the guys on who can get there the quickest.
You see, we are a small family run business, we shop for all our materials locally, we support other locally owned family business's and we strive every day to do as much work as possible with integrity, care and no bull. We do not ask for 5 star reviews, we do not have packages or sales man or hidden fee's, we don't upsell you on anything, we fix what we can every time.
We do it all in house with 1 office person, and 3 technicians. One of them being Mike my brother the owner who is on call 24/7 365 days a year, one of them being Kris my husband and the other guy Andrew may not be related but he might as well be!!! Along with 2 new apprentices Dylan and Ben! These guys work so hard every single day, all day!!
We receive hundreds of calls a day, and many many emails. I understand no one likes speaking with an answering service but we really need to utilize them daily, its unavoidable. So I appreciate your understanding.
We do our best I promise you that. And we appreciate you trusting our family to take care of your home and your family, more than you know!!! Our Dad started this business the year I was born, 1979 and we are so proud to continue in his foot steps and keeping the good name and reputation of Allen's Plumbing, Heating & A/C going for as many more years as we are able!!! 15 years straight we have been voted #1 in the Twin Tiers for Heating/AC and Plumbing!!!
