This beautiful custom home features 2,400 square feet under roof, including 2,100 square feet of living space and a 300-square-foot sunroom/home gym. Designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, it offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dedicated office.

The thoughtfully designed primary suite includes a walk-in closet with direct access to the laundry room, creating a convenient and practical layout. At the center of the home is an expansive 800+ square foot open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, highlighted by a large kitchen window that showcases the beautiful views outside.

The Long Home 🏡❤️

Throughout this build, we had many contractors comment on how much they loved the layout. This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, one-bath home, with 1600 heated and cooled 2900 total sqft, featuring fully custom selections, is perfect for empty nesters or first-time homeowners. It has truly been a joy working with this couple and a blessing getting to know them. We look forward to the final touches being completed so they can settle in and fully enjoy their beautiful new home.
