Facebook won't let me link over my video's because of the last post about that Jim Needham and the ex mayor crying about it, so when I do post about the scams the other companies are using please Share them with your friends & pages you may be on.

Quick Note - Have been checking our prices for the new year and it seems like with the better discount Lennox is giving us so far that our prices for Full System HVAC change outs are not going to change and only by a few hundred dollars on the SL280 LoNox furnace but since they don't even have them yet we're not fully sure. Anyway anyone in the Erie area that is seeing this you can Share with friends & pages you may be on but only in the Erie Area. We would love to go other places but just jammed up around here.

Okay we're also getting request for the Quiet Cool whole house fans. We only do the Stealth Pro Series which is the one that come with the ECM Motor and also the RF Remote for it. Total install cost to include Unit, Remote & Labor is 2650.00. On that install you have to keep the doors open and the unit would be installed in the Hallway. We can install a Duct trunk line in the attic and come off that into each bedroom like we do the Breezaire but in reverse so you don't have to keep the doors open for an extra cost of normally about 1200 to 1400. Any questions please call or text 720-290-6388

Here's the Options for Humidifiers

Biggest is the Furnace having an ECM motor - most new Furnaces from 2020 & on have them already because we know by running the Fan motors 24/7/365 the home is more equal through out the house and from one level to another level. Also for all indoor IAQ products they require that same air movement all the time for the sensors to read correctly. Below in the picture on the left is what most ECM motors look like and on the right is the old style and Capacitors the little silver oval part. If you don't want to open up the furnace you can turn the setting at your Thermostat for the Fan Mode from Auto to On & let the air start coming out of your vents then turn the A/C system on and see if the Air starts coming out of the vents stronger. If that happens you probably have an ECM already and will not need one added to your system but if it seems the same then you will need it and have gone over cost at the very end and bottom of the post.

Really just 2 Options for Humidifiers

1 is the Power Vented Aprilaire 700M , they do have the Auto but it's not needed as once you have the Humidity Set to your comfort level you will never change it. For every to include Unit, Supplies & Labor it's about 750 to 850 depending on your set up. These ones use very little power but waste water

2 is the Steam Aprilaire 800 which requires 220 volts , you will have to have an unfinished basement & two open slots in the main buss panel so we can get power to it or you could have a finished basement with a sub panel near the furnace & two full open slots in it to power the unit. Normally depending on these set up of your Furnace area it's anywhere from about 1400 to 1600 which includes the Unit, Supplies & Labor.
Neither one of these require a permit to install.

On the ECM motor if your furnace doesn't have one or if you have two systems with out them the break down is below for the cost.

One system houses and your furnace is under 5 years old the normal cost is about 950 depending on your furnace.

If you have 2 furnaces we found that if we put a ECM motor on each unit the Humidity reaches the top floor better and normally the furnaces are both small and require the smaller motor but each motor run's about 750. We're giving a discount since we would be installing 2 as normally for a single install ecm motor it's 850 for the smaller one.

If you have any other questions please contact us at 720-290-6388 and Ronda will schedule the work. Don't forget to look below at the Motors and difference between them

One thing I've learned over the years when owning a home is that there's some things you shouldn't try to do on your own and there's some things you should know how to do when owning a home. This past year has been really crazy with most everyone being as home and it's not really any better. We have been making a lot of Video's but mainly for Inspections and have more coming up next week and will be showing some before and after finally, lol. Everyone please stay warm as it's COLD outside, yeah like you didn't already know that huh, lol

Guess I need to update the page, rarely does anyone ever contact us on here. Finally getting the hang of doing Video's and now that Furnace usage is just around the corner I'll be posting some of the easy fixes that can happen to them. We're heading out of town on the 20th to the 30th but as always will have those to fill in for us.
