The customer received a quote with multiple options and opted to contact me around 3:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon as we were completing the installation of a whole-home air conditioning system. He explained that his father, who was in his 90s and hospitalized, was to receive a surprise birthday gift - a new tank - upon his return home. I assured him of my willingness to assist and provide the best possible price. We swiftly agreed on the installation time, with me arriving at 7:00 PM with the new tank. The price was finalized within the first three minutes of our conversation. During the installation, we discovered an old aluminum gas line that required replacement, which we updated from the drip leg to a new union with a shut-off valve. The customer expressed satisfaction with the service.
