A small job, sometimes is nothing more. Other times, small jobs lead to finding serious problems. This week we were asked to change out a bathroom fan. What we found was a leaking roof, a terrible mold infestation, and an exhaust line that was vented to…. Tupperware.

Remember when we talked about unused space…? Our clients wanted to make the most of their unused basement. What does this mean? It means a guest room, a roughed in kitchen, a new living area, a new Garden style soaking tub, and massive walk-in shower, complete with multiple shower heads and a rain style shower head. What else? A sauna! 😳

We can’t wait to brag about this one!

Continuing with our “unused space” bathroom installation… Tile is a very affordable luxury. Cleans easily, looks GREAT, and allows you to say to your neighbor, “my bathroom is better than yours”.

A nice marbled grey with white streaks give this room the pop that it deserves. Earth tones with a very modern look.

Everything and the kitchen sink!

Our clients contacted us because they wanted to update their kitchen cabinets and flooring. Upon demoing the cabinets we found mold and had to take extra steps to ensure that it was all removed for their safety and well-being.

Mold loves dark and damp places. Being in the kitchen means just that. Unfortunately, we see a lot of this, and it can be dangerous.
