This is an NTI heat exchanger . U may notice the crusty buildup around manual bleed c**k . Still puzzles me that Giovanni heat exchangers for the NTI all crap out at such a premature age…. Especially the IBC circ block in the bottom of the boiler . 
Why would they not make that manual bleed c**k replaceable?Why did all their plastics crack? I have plenty of other boilers that do have plastic parts inside them and I don’t seem to have any trouble after many years in service ! # Navien
