Here is Steve's story from the 18th July 2014 when he was saved by the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance. We hope the video shows just how important this charity is. On the 3rd of July Steve, Adam and another friend Kyle are doing a half outlaw triathlon to raise money for them. That's 1.2m swim, 56m cycle and a half marathon! Please do donate if you can.

A month ago today Adam's dad Andy and his three friends completed the epic Outlaw Triathlon which involves a 2.4mile swim, 112mile Cycle and a 26.2mile run!

B4 the race Andy promised himself that if he finished, he would buy a motorcycle after having a 25 year gap from riding. So what should he get guys?

Steve and Adam decided it would be an awesome opportunity to record this inspiring event. So much so they're now training to do a half one next year.

A massive congratulations to them and everyone that took part.

Today is Josh's 24th Birthday. He starts his journey towards getting his full bike licence. We wish him all the best. For the last two big trips we have done he has joined us in his car supporting us. The next big trip he joins us on two wheels. Happy Birthday Josh!

Saturday was the anniversary of Steve's crash. Some close people to him and Steve spent the evening with the Essex Air Ambulance. The last time we saw them was a month before we left for the UK trip. They gave us first aid training to help us if the worst was to happen. What we weren't to know was the worse was to happen 6 weeks after the trip and Steve needed there help. Without the Herts & Essex Air Ambulance and your donations Steve's life would be very different.

We had a lovely evening catching up with them. There such incredible people. Steve was in the best hands at the incident he feels so lucky to still be here. Our just giving page is still live. Please give generously as Steve found out you just don't know what's around the next bend.

Is you don't know about Steve's crash the story is shown at the end of day 13. For those who have already watched it we hope it has shown just how important this charity is. Because of them Steve can now continue his adventures with b4 and who knows where we will end up next.

So this ones a big one guys. our final day has come. Not just that but yesterday a year ago Steve and everyone around him experienced first hand why the EAA is so important when he crashed his bike and got airlifted to Royal London Hospital. He got put into intensive care. If it wasn't for the EAA we wouldn't be watching this. 9 months of editing by Steve during his recovery has brought us these videos from the best adventure of our lives.

Day 13 we meet up for a ride with Tony who helped us in Scotland on Day 3. We then go through our capital city London and grab a cheeky photo in the queens front garden. Then an emotional ride home to Finchingfield. At the end you will all find out why we're so thankful for your donations, and why it's so important to continue to fund the Essex Air Ambulance.
