About Us
3D Excavation & Construction is a growing excavation and concrete company focused on high-quality work, strong communication, and professional project ex*****on. We perform structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, retaining walls, curb and gutter, ADA improvements, and commercial site concrete throughout Oregon.
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman who can lead crews, stay organized, maintain production, and deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and residential projects
* Read and interpret plans, elevations, and specifications
* Coordinate daily work activities and manpower
* Oversee layout, formwork, rebar, pours, finishing, and curing operations
* Maintain production schedules and quality control
* Communicate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
* Manage equipment, materials, and jobsite organization
* Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications
* 5+ years concrete experience
* Prior foreman or lead experience preferred
* Experience with:
* Foundations
* Flatwork
* Structural concrete
* Curb & gutter
* ADA ramps/site concrete
* Ability to read construction drawings and elevations
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to operate equipment is a plus
