We're Hiring – Matt's Outdoor Contracting
We're looking for people who want to work—not people looking for excuses.
Matt's Outdoor Contracting is continuing to grow, and we're continuing to build a team of skilled professionals who take pride in what they do. Experience is a huge plus, but it isn't required. If you have a great attitude, are willing to learn, and show up ready to work every day, we'll teach you the skills.
What We Offer:
- $25–$40 per hour (based on experience, attitude, and ability)
- Monday–Friday schedule but weekend work is typically available for those wanting extra hours
- Year-round work as long as the weather cooperates
- Opportunity to learn valuable skills and grow with a company that's expanding

- Reliable and dependable
- Willing to listen, learn, and improve
- Strong communication skills
- Works well with others
- Experience in concrete, landscaping, retaining walls, or outdoor construction is a major plus
