ng-Physics from Oregon State University and is currently working on a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Dicosmoecus gilvipes is a species of Trichoptera in the Limnephilidae family. They can be found throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho in clean, cold, fast moving streams. As larvae they spend most of their time grazing on algae and fabricating cases made of small stones.
