Yet another repeat client! We first visited this house to remodel the kitchen 13 years ago. This time we are back to remodel the Hall Bathroom and the Master Bathroom; one at a time.

This client had a lot of needs and wants on their list of updates for the project, but I believe they will get most everything they desire from the remodel. The 2-story addition on the back of the house will greatly open the floor plan on the main level, especially in the kitchen area. It will also allow them to have additional space in the basement for an exercise room or rec. room. Also on the list is a new roof, all new windows, additional insulation, hardwood flooring, and a new Master bathroom.

For the fourth or fifth time, we are back at this house for yet another remodeling project! The first project on this house, a major addition, was completed in the mid 1990's. Since then, we've added some space in the back, and remodeled a few other areas in the house. This time we're back for the kitchen!
