We have another great project about to start that we are excited to announce!

We are going to be breaking ground soon on the new myStorage facility in Fruita, Colorado! This 14 acre site will eventually have 15 buildings, with over 600 units, covering over 110,000 square feet. A wide variety of climate, and non-climate, controlled units will be provided. There will also be several outdoor covered parking stalls for larger vehicle storage.

The site will also be secured with (2) Tilt-A-Way Iron gates, and have a full security system throughout. This site is uniquely placed on Highway 6 and Highway 50, with easy access to the facility from each direction.

We are looking forward to another great project with this ownership group and design team!

We recently completed construction on the new 21,500 SF office building for our friends at Great Basin Cabinetry. This building was constructed out of concrete tilt construction, and houses several new offices, conference room and breakroom. It also contains a state of the art cabinetry manufacturing facility, with an automated crane production / assembly system and a top of the line dust collection system to help keep the facility and products clean.

We were brought in early to help with the development as well, bringing on board a great design team and coordinated with a fantastic lender. Even with 81 days of delays with city permitting, we were able to meet the initial project baseline schedule and we came in on budget.

Exciting news from our team! We're thrilled to share updates on our latest project we are developing, and will be building, in Northern Utah.

Introducing our new affordable housing project: a 6-story building featuring 118 apartment units, complemented by 2 stories of structured parking. The project is primed for success, with a promising outlook for LIHTC application approval.

We are partnering with an exceptional landowner, with our site strategically located next to a key transit hub and the center core of the city, which is enhancing accessibility and convenience for residents.

With a dedicated team driving the vision forward, we're eager to progress and make a positive impact by introducing much-needed affordable housing to the local community.

Our teams working on our KCI, Inc project in Kearns, Utah have reached important milestones! The masonry work on our 12,000 square foot building is complete, with attention now turning to the interior structure and roof.

Additionally, our expansive 2+ acre site is nearly finished, awaiting the last retaining wall installaion and other final touches before asphalt is laid.

We appreciate everyone that has been involved with this project to date, for their hard work and dedication!

We recently broke ground on a new multi building expansion for Tyton Storage in Springville, Utah. This will include several new buildings, re-work of the entry and street frontage, a new watchman's quarters with the addition of 240 storage units. We are looking forward to an exciting partnership with the ownership group and our subcontractor team on this project!

We are excited to announce that we are going to be the General Contractor for a new 3 Story, +/- 4,090 SF Tenant Buildout for Park City Fine Art . This will include several new offices, commercial space on the ground floor, and an ADU on the 3rd floor. We are looking forward to an exciting partnership with the ownership group and design team on this project!

We recently completed construction on the new myStorage Charleston project in Charleston, Utah. This is a brand new 60,000 SF, 407 unit storage project, fully secured, with an incredible office, located right off of Highway 189 between Heber City and Deer Creek Reservior.

We recently completed construction on the new Parlor Doughnuts in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This location is their first in the state, and included a full kitchen and dining buildout, restrooms and public space. We cant think of a better way to celebrate National Donut Day by stopping by and try their amazing doughnut options!
