This was a very in depth job. The house looked like this when I first stepped foot on property. Had to gut the entire house out and even several walls to relocate them. This house will get an entirely new electrical system, plumbing system, HVAC, just to name a few.... Final pictures are to follow

Here are the after pictures of the kitchen make over. We changed the lights, added some pendulum lights over the bar area. Changed the flooring to help bring out the cabinets. New cabinets with a granite countertop.

Just finished a very custom bathroom addition. Wall hung commode, wall hung vanity, accent wall with a hidden door to a storage area, LED light up mirror, and a corner shower with separate hand held wand. This was originally unused attic space and now it's a full bathroom for the bonus room with its own tankless electric water heater. Anything is possible with the proper vision and knowledge.

Final pictures of the project. After removing the walls, flooring, and ceiling of the enclosed room, we replaced the posts, screened in the porch and even installed screen material beneath the trex decking to help prevent bugs from entering. Rebuilt the deck and took it to the corner of the house. Built a roof over the deck to match existing roof over screened in porch for continuity. Used same sized posts with vinyl sleeves and then installed vinyl railing to finish everything off for low maintenance deck/porch system.
