Today marked an exciting milestone as we officially broke ground on Trade Winds in Springdale.

This project represents more than just new development—it’s another step forward in creating quality communities that support the continued growth of Northwest Arkansas.

Big things are happening in Springdale.

We’re proud to partner with Blue Ribbon Industries on the upcoming Trade Winds development—a 130-acre planned community designed to meet the growing demand for attainable, high-quality housing in Northwest Arkansas.

The project will bring over 170 single-family homes in its first phase, followed by a 171-unit townhome village and more than 50,000 square feet of neighborhood retail and services. With planned amenities like walking trails, stocked ponds, and open community spaces, Trade Winds is designed to create a well-rounded living experience for residents.

Located near Highway 112 and the new regional bypass, this development will offer strong connectivity to key areas across NWA, including access to major employment centers and infrastructure.
Brittenum Construction is honored to lead the construction of the single-family homes, with the first lots expected to be delivered in 2027.

Projects like Trade Winds represent what we’re all about—creating quality communities that support growth, opportunity, and long-term value across Northwest Arkansas.
