A very elegant, clear, sunny deck. Main desire of a client was to make a deck with zero maintenance in the future: no repainting the deck, any boards, railing - nothing.

There are numerous premium and high quality materials we can use to build a deck. Everything is either plastic, composite or metal, which will allow the deck to stay in the best shape as it was built yesterday for many many years!

This project is interesting because there are two types of roofing: sunroof, so the deck would be very light and retractable one. We've used a commercial grade retractable roof. Normally such roofs are being installed at outdoor cafe's. Will last for a very long time.

The project required getting a building permit. We do everything on client's behalf so you don't have to worry about anything.

Our returning client, after we've don't a huge landscaping project for him, building a huge multi-level retaining wall with steps and place for gazebo, he decided to redo the deck too. The issue with the new old one was that it didn't have any roof, and the quality of the flooring boards were fair. The project required to have a permit, which we've prepared and issued for our client. Architectural plans, engineering plans (load calculations and weight), 3d modeling - all in house.

This project took 100% of our expertise and experience. It's consisted of almost everything we do, as a company: Arhitectual and engineer planning of a deck, obtaining the building permit, building a deck, landscaping works, concrete works, railing manufacturing and installation.

We've install Trex flooring, with custom-made wired railings. We've increased the square footage for a better use of a deck. The whole project was made in-house, no subcontractors used. A client is very very happy as we are.

What we did here: What is cool about natural wood for a deck? Definitely the smell. What is worst about it? You have to maintain it. Every single year. If you don't look after your deck, the wood will start to rot. Eventually mold will appear, especially underneath it. This client didn't want to take care about the deck anymore, maximum - just to pressure wash it and forget for another year. What's the solution? Use composite materials! It looks great, 25 years of warranty, and won't rot!

Normandy Park, remodeling⭐️

Million-dollar view project!

Originally the client just wanted to remove the fireplaces and install windows with a bench under. We've come up with an idea not to install any benches, but to go with huge all the way picture frame windows.

The project required getting a permit, with all types of inspections. List of works: framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, geotech, foundation, complete remodeling, hardwood floor.

Making custom windows, and custom interior remodeling. The client's desire was to blend in current design, but due to the house age, no modern materials could fit, meaning us to make them from scratch.

New project on Mercer Island is done!

What we did here: The old frame was in a very good condition. Only some places has been damaged, which we've replaced easily, also reinforced it, since flooring material has changed, and its layout. We've put composite floorings - Timbertech. At the end of the gallery you can see pictures "before" and in the middle of the process.

I strongly recommend CleanConstra. Here’s why:

My house is a bit over 40 years old. Beside a deck, all its doors to the outside have wooden platforms leading to them. After 40 years, the wood rotted and access to the house became increasingly problematic.

Vlad inspected the existing surfaces and their infrastructure to figure out what could be salvaged and what needed replacing. He learned that the infrastructure as well as the surfaces had deep rot; and that the original builder had not followed code and our joists were parallel to the house rather than perpendicular. Longer joists with a lot of rot were far more dangerous than just a couple of rotted boards.

Cleanconstra demolished all the existing wooden structures, and rebuilt them one by one. They determined that the house had settled unevenly, and worked to have the platforms appear to be level while also following the line of the house. This took some detailed work in handling the railings, but Vlad thought the problem through and solved it beautifully.

The crew working our house was just great. They were professional, highly skilled, precise in their work, and friendly. Vlad ran a tight ship. The crew arrived at 8 every morning and left at 4 every afternoon, with a half hour lunch break from 12 to 12:30. Vlad was there almost daily to ensure that the work was going to plan. He involved me in any aesthetic decisions and some engineering decisions in a professional and useful way.

Another big project is done. Big one. The client originally just wanted to fix the driveway, but the project turned out to a complete multiple decks rebuilding, rails production and installation, driveway fix. We've done here: complete frame from scratch, waterproofing the deck, so people could hang out on the first level of the deck and not get wet. Custom steel railing, with two type of designs: metal wired on top, and vertical bars below.
