✨ FEATURED PROJECT OF THE WEEK! ✨

🌳🏡 WHEN MOTHER NATURE DECIDES YOUR HOUSE NEEDS A NEW LOOK… 😳

Imagine looking outside after a storm and seeing THIS! 😬

A massive tree came crashing down onto this homeowner’s house, and thankfully, the damage wasn’t nearly as bad as it could have been!

A few more feet in the wrong direction, and this could have been a MUCH different story. 🙏

😂 And PLEASE swipe through the photos to see the faces our team made during the walkthrough! I think those expressions say just about everything! 🤣

Luckily, these homeowners knew who to call! 🔨

Our NexGen Construction team stepped in to help get their home back in shape!

✅ Replaced storm-damaged siding
✅ Repaired damaged fascia and soffit
✅ Replaced damaged gutters
✅ Addressed exterior storm damage
✅ Installed a BRAND-NEW roof on the entire home! 🏡

Here’s the interesting part! 👀

The original damage only affected the addition’s roof, but rather than replacing just that section, the homeowners decided to take advantage of the opportunity and replace the ENTIRE roof!

And with NexGen Construction being a GAF Certified Installer, they knew their new roofing system was in good hands! 💪

💡 DID YOU KNOW?

NexGen Construction doesn’t just build decks, remodel kitchens or bathrooms, and transform homes…

WE ALSO TAKE ON INSURANCE-RELATED STORM DAMAGE PROJECTS! ⛈️

From fallen trees and damaged siding to roofing, gutters, and exterior restoration, we’re here to help homeowners put the pieces back together.

Because when the unexpected happens, the last thing you need is another headache trying to find a dependable contractor.

💙We’re thankful these homeowners were safe, and we’re grateful they trusted NexGen Construction to restore their home!

✨FEATURED PROJECT OF THE WEEK ✨

AN ARCHITECT’S PLANS… BROUGHT TO LIFE! 🔨🔥

These homeowners had a vision and hired an architect to design the plans. They just needed a contractor they could trust to get the job done right.

That’s where NexGen Construction came in. 👏

This wasn’t an ordinary deck. Bringing the design to life meant paying attention to everything underneath and around it, too.

✅ Reworked the grading.
✅ Addressed the drainage.
✅ Carefully aligned the new deck with the existing brick patio at the rear door.
✅ Brought it all together with wide steps and room to relax and entertain.

The details make the difference and following through on someone’s vision is something we take pride in.

Thank you to our homeowners for trusting NexGen Construction with your project!

✨FEATURED PROJECT OF THE WEEK ✨

A BASEMENT CLOSET… TURNED INTO A FULL BATHROOM! 🛁🔥

This homeowner spent 2–3 months getting the runaround from another local contractor before reaching out to NexGen Construction.

They had a vision. They needed someone to follow through.

✅ We showed up when we said we would.
✅ We delivered the estimate when we said we would.
✅ We completed the project when we said we would.

And that random basement closet? Now it’s a full bathroom with a tub and shower, a new vanity, matching black fixtures, and built-in storage. 👏

Keeping our word matters just as much as the work itself.

💙 WE’RE BACK! 💙

Married, Blessed, Refreshed and of course Sunburnt! 😂☀️💍

After an absolutely incredible wedding and honeymoon, I’m officially back at NexGen Construction and ready to get back to work!

First and foremost, thank you! The amount of calls, messages, emails, and new opportunities that came in while we were away has been incredible. I’m truly grateful for every single person who reached out and trusted NexGen with your project.

That said… I’ve got a LOT of catching up to do! 😅

Our first priority is making sure our team stayed on track while I was away, getting everyone lined up for this week, and then working through the messages, calls, and emails that came in during our time off.

So if you reached out and haven’t heard back yet, please be patient with us! We haven’t forgotten about you. We’re working through everything as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For now, here are a few pictures from an unforgettable wedding and honeymoon. ❤️

Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to step away, marry my best friend, and make some memories with our families. I’m incredibly thankful for the support of our customers, referral partners, friends, and community.

Back to business and yes… I’m still sunburnt😂

Let’s get to work!

God bless,
