Happy Tucson edition!

If you’re looking for amazing Mexican food in a really cute area I highly recommend Seis Kitchen at the San Agustin Mercado! I tried the birria flautas topped with Seis sauce, cabbage, pickled onions, and cilantro. It comes with consommé and choice of 2 sides: I had the rice and beans. Everything was so tasty!

Happy Bora Bora edition!

To celebrate our anniversary, we checked out the Lagoon fine dining restaurant at the St Regis. Everything was incredible!

We started with the chef’s starter which included cured meat, anchovy crackers, and focaccia. Up next was the Tahitian shrimps in three steps (chilled with champagne cream, crispy with an herbal infusion, and marinated with a mango ravioli). Then came my main dish: farmhouse poultry with celery cream and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were amazing!

We ended the night with a tasty dessert with chocolate, coffee and almonds.

If you’re looking for amazing Italian food I highly recommend Vespa Healthy Italian Café! The ingredients are high quality and their lasagna is incredible! I would honestly do a day trip just to eat here. The portions are huge but it doesn’t feel like a super heavy meal.
