Happy Maui edition! 🌺

We tried Mama’s Fish House and it was such a beautiful restaurant! It was elegant and the food was incredible.

We started off our meal with the Crispy Kanpachi Collar, which was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! I had never heard of this dish and learned it is the rich, fatty meat behind the gills. There’s so much flavor and has different textures which make it fun to eat (tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

Happy Kauai edition! 🌺

Tahiti Nui was a very trendy spot and walking in you could smell all of the different dishes. We started off our meal with the Oh So Ono Roll which was a panko and furikake crusted local catch drizzled with wasabi soy aioli and ponzu sauce. It was SO GOOD and a great way to end our day after a super long hike.

Happy 8th birthday to my oldest nephew Vicentito!! Thanks for making me a Tia and bringing so much joy into our lives. I love watching you grow up and be such a kind, hilarious, helpful and generous young man.

Happy Tucson edition!

If you’re looking for amazing Mexican food in a really cute area I highly recommend Seis Kitchen at the San Agustin Mercado! I tried the birria flautas topped with Seis sauce, cabbage, pickled onions, and cilantro. It comes with consommé and choice of 2 sides: I had the rice and beans. Everything was so tasty!
