Demolition completed on our late project we are starting. House was built in the 1920s bathroom and closet have had multiple renovations over the years.

Kitchen we just finished. Installed 26 foot beam to eliminate a wall. Removed several minor walls to open up space. Installed new flooring, lighting, cabinetry (Lurk Custom Cabinets), counters, custom vent hood, etc.

Master bath project we finished up. Before and after. Removed several walls, relocated toilet and shower, free standing tub, custom cabinetry, new fixtures, etc.

Progress photos from the past 2 weeks on our current bathroom project. Demolished flooring, shower, fixtures, vanities, etc., Cleaned, roughed in new plumbing for tub and shower, Added some framing around tub area and got drywall closed up, installed Ditra uncoupling membrane on floors and started Kerdi base in shower, Currently working on 90 degree Herringbone tile pattern with 12"x 24" porcelain tiles on floor. Should be finishing up floor tomorrow.

Latest custom closet. Needs a little touchup caulking and touchup painting then waiting on hardware.

Carrera marble stream shower that is close to being completed. Needs final cleanup, plumbing trims, glass, caulking then ready for use.

Completed master closet remodel. Removed wall to create larger space, installed new can lights, installed new electric and motion sense for cabinet lighting, designed and installed custom cabinetry, Carrera marble island top, painted room.
