NOT ALL MAINTENANCE IS CREATED EQUAL
The homeowner had been paying for regular maintenance and believed the system was being
serviced twice a year. Unfortunately, what we found tells a different story.
This evaporator coil had become severely restricted by dirt, dust, and buildup over time. When a
coil reaches this condition, airflow suffers, efficiency drops, energy costs increase, and the system
has to work much harder to keep the home comfortable.
At Tidwell Air Systems, we don't just check a box and move on. We inspect, clean, document, and
communicate what we find so our customers know exactly what's happening with their equipment.

Today’s spotlight is on Nicole Fields~Chances are, if you’ve ever called Tidwell Air Systems LLC, you have already met her. She’s the friendly, reassuring voice on the other end of the phone that makes our customers feel taken care of. She is married to Josh, who is a general contractor and builds custom homes. They have four children, three of whom work right here with us! And together they have built a life around family, hard work and taking care of people.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys beach days,traveling, and enjoying her family. We’re incredibly grateful for the warmth, care, and calm presence she brings to our customers and our team every single day.
