Any other Rheem dealers getting screwed on refrigerant we have a unit that was installed January 2025 It was a 2 1/2 ton 13 seer. Sounded like a bad bearing. End up being a burnout we had proof that we installed it with a low vacuum originally from the original install i make sure they add micron gauge readings on every install and add them to the invoice and add them ro tje invoice so keep in mind is not even leas then a year old and will not cover refrigerant. that’s absolute bu****it. How do you explain that to your customer just paid $8500 for a system I asked my rep. Would you want me to do that at your house? He said no I said why do you expect me to do it to my customers though he couldn’t give me an explanation. To me is not acceptable Rheem higher quality I’m getting charged premium price. I expect premium value and I don’t get it wrong. This is very very few times that I ever change a compressor but when you do you at least take care of your people, especially with it being less than a year old.
