We just started a tile shower floor demo yesterday. Improper installation and it’s caused a leak. This shower is 7 years old. Flooring protection is done to keep all floors nice and protected. Tile guy will start prep tomorrow.

A few days ago a customer called and said they are selling there house and that their cedar beams and brackets need a touch up. My son and I went over and put a couple coats of stain after doing a light sand. Homeowner was very happy with the end result and one less thing that will need done in order to sell.

Thank you to all of my customers for trusting me to and my business to take care of your needs.

A Fresh New Look From Top to Bottom ✨

This homeowner wanted a clean, updated exterior that would completely transform the look of their home. By updating the color palette and adding a few finishing touches, we were able to give this property a modern, timeless appearance.

We applied Sherwin-Williams Snowbound to the brick, siding, fascia, soffits, and gutters, creating a bright and cohesive foundation. To add contrast and curb appeal, we refinished the windows, window trim, and exterior accents in Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black.

To complete the transformation, we installed new exterior lighting and added fresh finishing details that elevate the entire home’s appearance.

The result is a crisp, modern exterior that feels brand new while maintaining the character of the home.

🏡 Thinking about updating your home’s exterior? A simple color change can make a dramatic difference.

This bathroom went through a complete transformation designed to bring a dated 1990s layout into a clean, modern luxury space. The homeowners wanted something fresh, functional, and timeless — and every detail was thoughtfully updated to achieve that vision.

The remodel included relocating the shower and toilet to improve the overall flow and functionality of the room. A new freestanding soaking tub with a floor-mounted faucet became a centerpiece, creating a spa-like feel while adding elegance and openness to the space.

We installed new tile flooring throughout and built a fully custom tile shower, finished with a custom glass panel and door for a sleek, high-end look. The existing cabinetry was professionally refaced to give it an updated appearance while maintaining quality craftsmanship, and a custom-built cabinet above the toilet added both storage and style.

From outdated to modern luxury, this bathroom now delivers comfort, relaxation, and everyday functionality — a space the homeowners will enjoy for many years to come.

This door was a little more challenging. When it comes to new patio doors. Older doors tend to be smaller than today’s typical sized doors. The inside didn’t have trim, but had drywall returns. The new door was wider than the old door as well. A little onsite engineering to make sure it fits with the same look as the old one did!
