DO NOT buy a Nest thermostat! They are garbage! Found 2 defective ones today, and possibly one more for tomorrow. Honeywell makes a better product!

Another old unit fixed! The big boys wanted TEN GRAND to replace an old system. I got 'er running for $150 and quoted a replacement for under $4000. I love my job!

My competition told our client the part was $900 and had to be special ordered. Not only is it in stock, but it costs $130 with us. Shop around folks! Don't be fooled by big names and expensive ads!

A friendly reminder: Don't sand drywall and run your forced air heating cooling system! It will kill your equipment.

The other guys told him it was either a $1500 part or a totally new system (furnace AND air conditioner). We actually diagnosed the problem, and it was a $30 part.
