If you drive by Northwood Plaza often, you may have noticed a big improvement in the parking lot lighting!

Our team worked hard all weekend to complete this upgrade to LED lighting.

LED lighting provides brighter, more reliable visibility for customers and employees while also reducing energy use and maintenance cost, meaning fewer outages and a smaller environmental footprint.

We’re proud to have powered a space that will inspire our community for generations to come.

If you haven’t been yet, this is a must see! The new 13,000 sq. ft. Environmental Center is officially complete and it’s an incredible addition to our community here in Indianapolis.

This beautiful facility features modern classrooms for learning and community programs, innovative playgrounds designed for exploration and play, and a dedicated bird watching room to connect with nature and spark curiosity.

Projects like this go beyond construction, they create opportunities for education, connection, and outdoor experiences for everyone.

We’re excited to share progress on the new DPW project in Indianapolis! This 101,000 sq. ft. facility is designed to support the hardworking teams that keep our city running every day.

The building will house city vehicles like garbage trucks and other essential equipment, along with modern office space for DPW employees and union officials. One of the standout features is a fully automated truck wash, custom designed to efficiently clean and maintain DPW equipment.
