This one has been a long time coming.

We started out with a 2003 6.0L Ford Excursion and a 2015 6.7L Ford F250.

We then chopped the front ends of the body and frames of both trucks and mated the 2015 front chassis to the excursion chassis. But we didn't stop there, we then chopped the cab in half on both trucks and mated them together as well. So this truck now had the front frame body of an F250
And the rear frame and body of the excursion. We have this up on our YouTube page with a full walk around. Check it out!

See that crack in the first picture? Thats the driver upper control arm on a JL, the passenger side looked exactly like it. And guess what? It's not the powdercoat. The whole joint shank is ripping away from the clevis bracket and it was ripped to about the 2 o'clock position on BOTH arm brackets.

Here's a photo of another brand for comparison.

These are an incredible safety hazard and we are very fortunate it was caught. Could you imagine if both upper arms broke at the same time? Game over, do not pass go, do not collect $200.

This bronco received a new PSC Motorsports hydro assist system, RPM Steering custom 1.5" aluminum draglink, OGBilt trailer tie down points and a relocated spare tire that was raised 8" for better clearance on descents and climbs.

This ol' tug boat came in for a few upgrades to prep for their start with off road recovery.

- Dana 80 OX locker wired to a rough country switch panel
- Rock slider side steps from 2x4x.25 main structure and 1.75x.188 DOM supports and a dimpled step platform.
- Cut the corners of the bed to remove the wide angled contact points.
- Welded some hitch supports
- Built a spare tire mount on the boom.
- Fixed the front bumper to be able to fit a badlands 12k winch
- Repaired the cracked frame on the race Jeep
- Added some OGBilt tie down mounts to the trailer because the original setup had the straps wrapped around the tires.

Finally starting to get closer to caught back up with work! Thank you to everyone that has been waiting Patiently!
