The channel letter signs we fabricated for the Ambassador Bridge Duty Free Store are finally up!

We had a cool opportunity & challenge to build a pair of replica fuel tanks from the Mad Max Interceptor movie car.

We sent out the end caps to be metal spun from 11g mild steel, rolled up 32.5" of 14g sheet to form the bodies, and drew up some cool looking but functional baffles. These are fully functional fuel tanks, weighing in at approx. 750lbs when completely full with 80 gallons of fuel. 😳
