Rayco Reliable Construction recently completed an interior renovation to Biocentriqs lab facility office space to create a usable work area for employees.

We understood their intent and worked together to make it happen by their deadline.

•Removal of spiral duct penetrating the floor and existing demising wall
•Demolishing the existing railing and building a new 12’ wall for new work stations
•Building half walls on top of existing glass block and adjacent wall for new workstations
•Running new circuits ⚡️and installing quad outlets throughout to accomadate the new set up.
•Matching and weaving back in new hardwood floor where duct removal occurred to create a finished product.
•Demolishing an existing wall and creating a finished opening to allow for new employee access to the adjacent restroom
•Paint, Base and Finishing the entire space and cutting their existing step for entry.

Thank you to the entire team involved for a successful completion.

Completed a 20 x 10 new concrete driveway for our neighbor in Bradley Beach. Very glad we could get this done for them and be a small part of carrying on the memory of their son Travis, who’s name they wrote in the fresh concrete after we poured the new driveway. 🙏

•It took us 1 day to dig and remove an existing tree and roots and the 2nd day to pour and finish the job. ⚒️🚜🚧 Call us today for all of your homes construction related needs, we do it all!

⚠️🚨Emergency Sewer Line repair on our own Rayco property⚠️🚨

•Sewage backup coming out of the side yard cleanout let us know we had a problem.

•We snaked the line unsuccessfully so we sent a camera down finding an obstruction at 30ft.

•Rayco jumped on digging to the spot and found the break in the pipe.

•Shoutout to .tyler for coming through on the repair so fast. He showed up the next day all material in hand cut out the broken line and installed the new connection. All in a couple hours and Rayco backfilled that night like it never happened. Neighbors and tenants were happy to have everything back to normal so quickly.

•Every problem has a solution!
