One of the most important (but often overlooked) steps in construction is soil testing. Before we can build roads, foundations, or utility lines, we have to make sure the ground is stable enough to support everything above it.
In Denton, TX, we ran into some tricky soil conditions that caused delays, but today we finally passed all of our density testing for our utility lines! This means the soil is compacted and strong enough to prevent future settling or failures.
So why does this matter? If the soil isn’t compacted properly, pipes can shift, roads can crack, and buildings can sink over time. One good week of Texas weather helped us get the job done, and now we’re back on track!
