I, Tyler, am a Marine Corps Veteran and HVAC Technician that is available on weekends to clean and service your HVAC equipment. My mission is to ensure your equipment is running safely, cleanly, and properly to give you peace of mind. I make sure the components are working properly and give you a heads-up when something needs to be replaced. I do not do emergency calls for appliances that are not

1) What are your hours? The hours are primarily by appointment on Saturdays and Sundays. There will be times that I am available during the work week. I will respond to Facebook Messages and Emails ([email protected]) when I can. I do check them frequently throughout the day.
2) How do I contact you? Please message me via Facebook or email me at [email protected]. After that, I will provide my phone number!
3) Are you insured? Yes, I do have Liability Insurance through Central Co-Operative Insurance Company. If requested, a copy will be sent to you.
4) What areas do you service? I service CNY except for Fulton as I am in the process of getting licensed to work in the city proper. More specific areas are provided in the About section.
5) What products do you service? I service Gas furnaces, condensers (A/C unit), hot water heaters, on-demand gas hot water heaters, and mini split units. Essentially everything other than oil appliances. That is due to the variety of parts necessary to service properly. I have no brand specifics.
6) What makes you different than the rest of the companies? Primarily I am available on the weekends to perform cleaning and servicing without the extra out-of-hours costs. I am here to make sure your equipment is safe to run and is running properly. I DO NOT sell items that are unnecessary. I am a technician concerned about safety and efficiency, not a salesperson trying to make more money.
7) Do you do Emergency Calls? I do not do emergency calls primarily due to not having direct instant access to parts.
8) Do you do repairs you see during the inspections? Yes, we can schedule another appointment to repair the items.
9) What are your prices? Gas Furnace/Boiler: $150
Air-Conditioner: $120
Hot Water Heater: $85
Split Head System: $120
Gas Furnace/Boiler and Air-Conditioner: $200
Gas Furnace/Boiler, Air-Conditioner, and Hot Water Heater: $250
All prices are without Sales Tax added. 8% Sales tax will be added separately.
10) What's included in the cleaning and servicing? A filter will be provided for the furnace, combustion analysis test, testing of flame sensors, hot surface ignitors, gas valves, leak checks, combustion chamber, flue stack, condensate line, condensate pump, draft, wires, wire connections, temperature differential tests, capacitors, cleaning of equipment, and possibly more I forgot to mention.
11) What forms of payment do you accept? My business accepts cash, checks, and card payments. If you pay with a card there will be an additional 4% added to cover the convenience fee.
12) Is there a paper bill? No, I will send an invoice via email using the application Wave. You are not required to make an Account with Wave to download the bill or pay via card.
